\nAutomatic Film Applicator Mini with Heated Vacuum Bed is made for an easy and reproducible film application.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This machine has a heated vacuum bed which is used to fixate the substrate (for example: plastic panels, test chart, plastic film, etc.) to be coated without clamp and afterwards grants an easier drying. First this allows you to apply the whole surface area of your substrate and second an easier drying process directly on the machine without carrying the coated substrate to an oven which could lead to run off.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The vacuum pump is not inside the device and has to be connected externally.<\/p>\n

The application speed can be adjusted and is always constant. Due to the special design no vibrations occur during the application, thus a smooth film is guaranteed.<\/p>\n

The application is done automatically with a bar coater or with a film applicator (single, double, four sided, adjustable film applicator, etc.).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Application with bar coater:<\/u> For any wet film thickness you will need an individual bar coater*. It applies on the whole surface area. The bar coater has to have a diameter between 10 \u2013 13 mm and a length of 200 mm.<\/p>\n

Application with a film applicator:<\/u> The wet film thickness depends on the used film applicator and the film width depends on the film applicators length.<\/p>\n
