Description:
\n<\/strong>The quadruplex sagging applicator applies 5 parallel wet films with different thicknesses \u2013 from 100 to 500 \u00b5m (in 100 \u00b5m steps) at once. Thus you can see the sagging characteristics of the wet film and determine the sagging limit.<\/p>\n

For this the paint needs to be applied with the Quadruplex Sagging Applicator by hand or with an automatic film applicator on a flat substrate. Afterwards the substrate with the 5 films has to be hung vertically for drying. The latest film where no sagging is noted, is set as sagging limit. From here, if more wet film thickness is applied, the film will start sagging.<\/p>\n
