Description:
\n<\/span>The adjustable film applicator allows application on a flat substrate with a defined wet film thickness. The wet film thickness can be varied using the two adjusting screws from 0 till 3.500\u00a0\u00b5m (in 10 \u00b5m steps). The scraper blade can be removed for better cleaning after application.<\/p>\n

This instrument has an additional gutter. The coating can be applied at the gutter, so it flows between scraper blade and the gutter and is trapped there. This avoids leaking and also eases placing the coating. The gutter also can be removed for better cleaning.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The instrument can be used manually or even better with an automatic film applicator.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The adjustable film applicator is available in 6 different film widths: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 mm.<\/p>\n
